About us? Well, I am a tech agent for a very large company. There is a more than 50% chance that I give support to a product line YOU own. Can't say who due to policy, sorry. He does what support work he can for certain PCs and devices as well. I learned from him, initially. We have a beautiful, brilliant, almost 3 year old son that has already formatted Mommy's laptop before and will only play with a real smartphone (Wifi & communication capabilities gutted by Daddy, of course. Daddy won't turn him loose on the net, no matter how brilliant he may be). My husband is a shell. Our son is the only thing he has hope in ("until he becomes a 'people' too." But enough depressing descriptors). That's it in a nutshell. I love my family. I love my job. Everything else around us, not so much...
